YOU MUST BE A PROBLEMS SOLVER

     It's quite surprising when people are praying so to say for big opportunity and big problem show's up. Hear this ; Problem is opportunity in disguise.     Your ability to succeed is in direct proportion to your ability to solve your problems. I recently read ↓ somewhere; If I’m being honest, I had to teach myself how to get good at being decisive with solving problems. And it’s still something I struggle with. I’m a classic "what-if’er" and it has bitten me in the ass more than once. And I know that I’m not alone in this. Creative people entering into the world of business tend to be way more contemplative; "perfectionists" (not a real thing, in my opinion) that don’t always have the experience or the personality type to make swift business decisions. And because of this, our problems don’t get solved, which keeps us from making any progress. It’s not an insult, just an observation. KEEP IMPROVING YOURSELF.

 Dear Designers, Business is an ongoing process. Nothing is the way you want it to be as you plan in the beginning. Nothing is perfect. And that’s OK. It is part of our job as business owners to keep improving. Listen to me, I know that impatiently striving for "completion" is something we all do sometimes. We think there’s this magical point to reach at which we will  have figured it all out and things will just run smoothly. The secret is, there is no such point. With growth comes change. And with change comes maintenance. I think one of the most liberating realizations we can come upon is that our businesses will always be a work in progress. Even when you’re making a million. Even when you’ve got a team of ten. When we change our feeling of "When I finally get to particular point, all will be well" to the feeling of "This will always be a work in progress", we are able to calm down and enjoy it.
