One thing I notice in fashion businesses is the inability for the designers to believes in their selves as a business people, and this is one of the biggest hurdles in the growth of our businesses since there is lack of confidence in ourselves as a designer.  We tend to assume that we need to bend to what others are asking, instead of owning our worth as smart, capable, adaptable designers. The thing about not believe or having confidence in ourselves as a designer is that it keeps us from doing the things we should be doing in our business; the things that will make us a good designer. Things like competing with self, challenging ourselves, and being decisive. Anyway, It's all about mindset. But certain thing i know is, If we don't believe that we have or we can learn the technical know-how to lead our business into growth, then we won't lead our business into growth.Just as simple as that.
